* For many passengers you'll be the face of the organisation that they will remember. * Creating a first-class impression, and making them feel safe, secure and welcome, should come as second nature to you. * You need an eye for detail when checking and issuing tickets, an organised mind when handling cash and processing card transactions and a level head when patrolling the train and dealing with overcrowding, travel, customer issues and other situations that might unexpectedly arise. * This role will involve assisting passengers with disabilities to board and alight trains and could involve the use of a portable ramp which weighs up to 15kg, the portable ramp may be required to be carried the full length of a train.
