Job Description:
This position is ideal for someone who would like to give back to the community.
The Facilities/Maintenance Co-ordinator ensures the health, safety and security of the building and its contents at all times. This is a physical role, leading and supporting a small team of janitors and volunteers with basic maintenance, decorating, set up of equipment and the monitoring of environmental controls.
Planning the maintenance schedule of reactive and preventative maintenance work for the Hub and the annex building.
Planning the cleaning schedule, monitor effectiveness and workloads and undertake cleaning when janitors are on leave.
Sourcing relevant trades as required for repairs and maintenance and managing third party trades persons.
Assist with risk assessments and emergency audits.
Overseeing work from other contractors on site.
Ensuring adequate and maintained site security, including alarms and CCTV.
Experience And Qualifications:
