Job Description:
Main duties and responsibilities
Play a supporting role in ensuring that company budgets are adhered to.
Ensure compliance and legislation is always met along with predetermined client regulations.
Manage and mentor direct reports within your team.
Obtaining value for money for goods, services and equipment as required by the business.
Adherence to and promotion of Supply chain best practices.
Building and maintaining collaborative professional relationships internally and externally
Responsibility for providing strategic leadership of the evolving WGM vehicle fleet and Facilities.
Assume responsibility in creating an/or improving facilities strategies that drive continual growth, operational excellence and achieve the highest standard of customer service to meet and exceed customer expectations focusing on quality, delivery on-time and ensuring value for money giving WGM a competitive edge, continually strive towards more efficient and smarter ways of working.

Experience And Qualifications:
To be considered for this position you will have at least 3-5 years previous experience within a similar level role ideally within an engineering or construction environment. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills, candidates will have A strong awareness of health, safety, and environmental considerations as well as good understanding of supply chain processes and procedures. Excellent understanding of facility management processes and procedures with a formal qualification in facilities management or building service management would be desirable for this role.
