Job Description:
As a product owner, you’ll work to understand both the needs of our users and the services we offer – giving you a clear vision and plan for developing one or more of our products. You’ll work alongside the cross-functional digital specialist team that creates our products, as well as a Service Delivery Manager who makes sure services are delivered effectively. You’ll also track the performance of the products you work on and suggest iterative improvements. With product ownership typically a senior role, this is a great opportunity to fast track your skills and learn from experienced Product Owners. It’s also an ideal introduction to the collaborative way digital products are co-developed by Product Owners, plus a chance to put the skills you learned at university (no matter what subject you studied) into practical real-world use.

Experience And Qualifications:
Qualifications or skills and experience at SCQF Level 9 as a minimum (e.g. BA / Ordinary Degree, Graduate Diploma or SVQ at SCQF Level 9 • You enjoy working with people, understanding their needs and turning these into requirements • You like researching problems, exploring solutions and giving reasons for your decisions • You take a structured approach to progressing through work and making recommendations • You’re a skilled team player who understands your own and others’ strengths and weaknesses • You believe in getting the best from everyone, ensuring diversity of thought informs solutions • You appreciate design and understand how it can complement or hinder a service or product
