The Graduate Programme

You’ll be given a ‘buddy’ and a mentor to assist you as you settle into your new role, helping answer any questions you may have, and support you in developing the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed.
There may also be the opportunity to undertake Duke of Edinburgh Gold Award for those who meet the eligibility criteria.
Experience And Qualifications:
What we need from you :
-At least a 2:1 in a BEng (Hon) in Electrical Engineering or other appropriate subject
-Excellent communication skills.
-Enjoy working in a team environment, sharing ideas, and collaborating with colleagues.
-Confidence to work under pressure with the ability to prioritise and plan effectively.
