Job Description:
Working in a team and reporting to the Manager you will be responsible for assisting customers, planning of works and all supporting administration. Duties: Planning PPM and Reactive works Programming engineers workload Logging calls and emails from clients Dealing with client enquiries Raising quotations Processing job sheets Raising Purchase orders for subcontractors and suppliers Liaising with subcontractors regarding works Updating all systems Contract administration

Experience And Qualifications:
Previous Helpdesk/Contract Admin experience Excellent communicator Competent IT skills Team player
