Job Description:
The role will be responsible for managing the HR Department along with having full responsibility for recruitment, performance management, organisational design employee reward, employee engagement and employee relations. The HR Manager will take a take proactive and supportive approach, offering exception service to all internal customers. You will work to ensure that all policies and procedures are updated to reflect legislation and are fairly and consistently applied across the site. This position plays an active part in the Company strategy and goals; therefore you will enjoy building and maintaining excellent working relationships with all internal stakeholders.
Experience And Qualifications:
CIPD qualification or CIPD membership
· Educated to degree level in a relevant business discipline
· High level of exposure to case management
· Excellent stakeholder management skills
· Able to coach and enthuse all managers and employees to meet Company goals
· Able to demonstrate a flexible approach to work in order to meet the needs of all stakeholders when required
· Previous experience of conducting training and facilitating learning
· Excellent and up-to-date knowledge of employment law required
· Experience of working in a similar fast paced environment
· Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
