Job Description:
Compile Shift, Daily, Weekly & Monthly Performance Reports
- Collate Downtime information from Tracking System
- Validate & Complete Production Record Sheets for each order & enter information in to system
- Allocate Daily Headcount by Line
- Print Blank Record Sheets & issue to defined Locations at each line
- Collate & Track All Team Holidays
- Order Consumable Parts used in various departments
- Administer Training Records, ensuring all refresh training carried out & documentation updates are issued
Experience And Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role.
- Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in iinternal software and MS Office Packages
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
