Job Description:
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for providing comprehensive project coordination for our teams, working on BT Openreach Network.
Report to the Civils Manager
Updating our works management system to ensure compliance and works completion.
Carrying out job validation, Jeopardy Management and Issues Management.
Facilitating effective communication among team members, ensuring that all project members are informed and aligned.
Tracking project timelines, stores requirements and resource allocation.
To resolve any issues using your experience and knowledge, requesting support from the Civils Manager when required.
Experience And Qualifications:
Proven experience in project co-ordination, ideally within Telecoms civils on OpenReach Network
IT literate and proficient in Microsoft Office package.
Planning and programming experience.
Excellent Communication skills, verbal and written.
