Job Description:
Key Responsibilities: Social Media Leadership: Head up the in-house teams managing social media across multiple platforms, ensuring consistent brand voice and high-quality content. Multi-Venue Marketing: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across all our venues, including cafebars, butcher shops, and new concepts. Events & Bookings: Lead/work with venue managers on the marketing for events, parties, and seasonal campaigns, to drive bookings and customer engagement. Seasonal Campaigns: Create and manage marketing collateral for key periods (e.g., Christmas brochures, school outreach, party promotions). Customer Data & Insights: Utilise customer data and feedback to inform campaigns, improve engagement, and build customer loyalty. Brand Development: Help maintain a consistent and professional brand across all venues, campaigns, and communications. Collaboration: Work closely with directors and venue managers to identify opportunities and deliver creative marketing solutions. Reporting

Experience And Qualifications:
Requirements: A recent marketing or communications graduate (or equivalent experience). Passionate about social media, content creation, and marketing strategy. Strong organisational and communication skills. Creative thinker with a proactive, hands-on approach. Comfortable juggling multiple projects across different venues. Own transport preferred to visit multiple sites. Enthusiastic about growing with an independent hospitality business.
