We are looking for a Chef De Partie to work across our restaurant venues in West Lothian. The chef must have at least 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry and must be able to work well within a team to provide a high standard of service for our customers. Our kitchens are a busy, fast-paced environment so the candidate must be able to handle a high pressure and workload coming in and out of our kitchens. The candidate must be able to travel between venues and must be over the age of 25 with a full drivers licence to be able to drive our Vans. The role will primarily be midweek-weekend work. Our chefs work on a four day on three day off basis, with one day off being a Friday-Sunday per week. Chefs receive excellent weekly cash tips
