Job Description:
The Citizens Advice Bureau in West Lothian have an exciting opportunity for a Project and Partnership Lead to join our highly successful team. This is a key role within the Bureau’s management team to allow smooth running of the specialist added value projects. The post holder will work with key staff in the development of processes to achieve continuous improvement in efficiencies for the benefit of clients.
The post will be responsible for line management of Project staff as specified in the management structure.
Experience And Qualifications:
Experience of line management of staff and projects
Experience of project and staff development
Ability to motivate and influence staff positively
Strong leadership skills
Ability to work on own initiative and take responsibility for achievement of qualitative and quantitative targets
Ability to prioritise work, meet deadlines and manage concurrent demands
IT literate and able to prepare reports and submissions
Ability to establish, develop and sustain relationships with key stakeholders
Ability and willingness to work as part of a team
Ability to monitor and maintain standards.
Maintain positive organisational ethos and strong team working attitudes
Ability to work under pressure
Strong written and verbal communication skills
