Job Description:
Lead & Develop the Team
Coach and support Customer Engagement Executives.
Drive performance through structured KPIs, 1-to-1s, and feedback.
Ensure all team members are equipped to identify account opportunities and provide value-driven solutions.
Grow Customer Accounts
Manage a portfolio of B2B clients.
Build trust and spot opportunities to deepen brand engagement.
Share samples, assets, and product updates to boost activity.
Drive Engagement Strategy
Use phone, email, video, LinkedIn, and live chat to stay connected.
Develop smart outreach plans using CRM insights (HubSpot).
Partner with Field Brand Ambassadors to support shared accounts.
Influence and Collaborate
Attend trade shows and webinars to represent the brand.
Collect feedback and pass insights to product and marketing teams.
Experience And Qualifications:
2+ years in a customer-facing or business development role (team leadership is a bonus).
Excellent communicator with a commercial mindset.
Strong CRM and digital engagement skills (HubSpot preferred).
Passion for helping B2B customers succeed.
Experience in print or garment decoration is a plus.
