Job Description:
At our Big Bird Nursery we are now seeking a Nursery Manager to oversee the day to day running of the busy nursery, supporting the team.
Experience And Qualifications:
Have at least 3 years' previous experience of working in a Day Nursery
Have at least 2 years' experience of leading and supporting teams
Can inspire, energise and support others
Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn
Sound knowledge of the latest Curriculum for Excellence framework and regulations
A firm knowledge of Care Inspectorate standards and requirements
