Job Description:
Provide general office support, including managing correspondence and phone calls with excellent phone etiquette.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date and properly filed.
Assist in maintaining office supplies and inventory, placing orders as necessary to ensure the office runs Prepare
Maintain filing systems both electronically and physically to ensure easy access to important documents.
Support financial administration by using xero for invoicing and expense tracking as needed.
Experience And Qualifications:
Proficient in office and clerical tasks with strong organisational skills.
Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all records.
Familiarity with administrative procedures and practices that enhance office efficiency.
Competence in using xero for basic financial tasks is advantageous but not essential.
Proficient in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) for document creation and management.
Ability to type quickly and accurately, contributing to efficient workflow processes.
