Job Description:
Help to coordinate and manage transport schedules and paperwork.
Maintain accurate records of vehicle checks, team information, and route planning.
Communicate effectively with drivers, controllers, management, and all other employees.
Handle inquiries and resolve any transport-related issues promptly.
Prepare and process transport documentation and reports.
Monitor compliance with transport regulations and company policies.
Assist with general administrative tasks as required.
Experience And Qualifications:
Previous experience in a transport or logistics administrative role would be advantageous.
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Happy to work with industry specific technology.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
