As Regional Build Manager, your experience will be used to oversee the fibre roll out build, ensuring that all regulations are adhered to, network quality is achieved, risks managed, budgets are followed, projects run on time, Health & Safety is adhered to, local/public relationships are maintained, build times and KPIs are optimised with time targets met. Regional Build Managers liaising with the build partners on a day to day basis and manage the Build Assurance Managers who are in the field, auditing, and reporting on all aspects of the roll out.

You will support Clinical Supplies Global Transportation, Supply chain and Third Party Couriers for Catalent’s Clinical Supplies Services (CSS) business unit. Position will support the clinical supplies transport needs for Catalent CSS sites in EU and UK. Partner with Site Operational, Project Management, and Business Development teams to develop optimal clinical supplies transport solutions for pharmaceutical clients’ projects. Provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) for Business Development and Client Services teams in the areas of global import/export, transportation, and logistics. Manage regional relationships with key Third Party Couriers to provide global coverage for CSS Distribution needs from EU and UK facilities. Manage and participate in Courier governance reviews as required. Advise and answer queries for BD/CS on shipment requirement: Cost comparison and modelling requests; Couriers – type and strategy; Import / Export requirements

Demonstrate strong collaborative skills working with technical colleagues and partners to ensure objectives are met. Develop valued relationships with key business and technical partners. Manage the process of designing and launching clinical research studies; manage activities of the Sponsor/Clinical Research Organization (CRO); lead colleagues in the design and organization of project components during Start-Up; develop and maintain best practices within the organization; Accountability and ownership for the quality of all start-up work and sponsor deliverables.
