The post of HR Administrator will report to the Head of HR while reporting to the Senior HR Assistant for day-to-day duties. This position will primarily involve supporting the HR team to provide a professional HR service to the Senior Leadership Team, First Line Leaders and all staff, which is consistent with fair, equitable employment practices and contemporary best practice employee relations. The successful candidate will manage staff updates and changes in the HR system, maintain accurate training session records, and provide essential support for recruitment campaigns and onboarding processes. This role also involves assisting with the annual salary review process, maintaining and updating HR budget records, and contributing to the HR Archiving Project to ensure compliance with GDPR requirements.
