This position is ideal for someone who would like to give back to the community. The Facilities/Maintenance Co-ordinator ensures the health, safety and security of the building and its contents at all times. This is a physical role, leading and supporting a small team of janitors and volunteers with basic maintenance, decorating, set up of equipment and the monitoring of environmental controls.  Planning the maintenance schedule of reactive and preventative maintenance work for the Hub and the annex building.  Planning the cleaning schedule, monitor effectiveness and workloads and undertake cleaning when janitors are on leave.  Sourcing relevant trades as required for repairs and maintenance and managing third party trades persons.  Assist with risk assessments and emergency audits.  Overseeing work from other contractors on site.  Ensuring adequate and maintained site security, including alarms and CCTV.

Role includes: Create cyclic inspections for electrical equipment Communicate inspections schedules with relevant personnel Maintain details records of inspection dates, findings and any required actions Update and maintain inventory records for electrical components Organise and maintain electronic and physical filing system Liaise with internal teams, vendors and contractors

We are looking for a responsible Office Junior/Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties for this role include providing support to the Directors and other employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company general administrative activities. Standard office duties including answering the telephone, dealing with the mail, contact various providers etc. Must have knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Key Accountabilities Training Materials (SOPs) Work closely with technical, engineering, operations, and H&S to ensure that SOPs are up to date and fit for purpose, escalating any challenges to the L&D Lead/ HR manager Produce new SOPs in the Sofina standard format, working closely with the Subject Matter Experts to understand the content Planning & Record Keeping Work with Area Managers, Process Leaders, and other departmental managers to develop a training plan for the areas you are supporting, flagging where training is going out of date Working closely with the H&S and technical teams, understand and explain training requirements to managers and employees, such as the importance of CCPs and record keeping Ensure that the training matrix for any areas you are supporting or covering is up to date Maintain accurate and audit ready training records, ensuring e-files are up to date
