This is self-employed work, suited to someone looking for around 2–20 hours per week (more hours available upon request). It can also work well if you already clean for private clients and would like to add more regular homes. We introduce suitable clients gradually, based on your availability and the areas you can cover. Hours depend on client demand and your availability, so a full schedule isn’t guaranteed from the start. You’re paid £15 per hour directly by your clients on the day you clean. Regular tasks include cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming and mopping. Bed changing, laundry or ironing may also be included where agreed with the client beforehand.

Our staff arrange a lot of their own work schedules and the job entails everything from welcoming guests to servicing rooms and dealing with front and back of house regular and one off tasks. We\'re all multi taskers and we all pitch in doing different things at different times of the month and year. The job will keep you fit as we work over four floors in an historical environment. We do all our own laundry\/ironing\/room setting\/room servicing\/carpet washing\/sparkle finishing etc and we have a large number of people through our door annually, all within a family environment. We do occasional events and functions and if we\'re closed the property still functions as a private house.
