As a Support Worker, you'll provide a high level of care and support to vulnerable people, enabling them to live the life they choose. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily tasks such as personal care, medication administration, and mealtime support, while motivating and encouraging choice and participation.

The following are specific responsibilities and contributions critical to the successful performance of the position: 1. To be able to deal with advance reservations, taking bookings and special requirements, where necessary. 2. To be able to operate switchboard and deal with messages and enquiries when required in an efficient manner. 3. To receive guests on arrival to required standard and a friendly manner, and ensure their details are entered into the computer correctly and efficiently. 4. To post all transactions on a regular basis, to ensure that all bills are kept up to date. Ensure correct postings to the correct bills. 5. To prepare cash for banking, on a daily basis. Complete receipts for all moneys received from pay-ins etc. Operate proper care regarding rates and currency handling. To ensure all floats are correct at the end of each shift. 6. To ensure each room has sufficient credit card authorization. 7. To operate a proper handover system between each shift.
