As a Social Care Support Worker, you will work as part of a team on sessional basis. You will be reliable and available at short notice. Successful candidates can work in one West Lothian Council care home or have the opportunity to work across all three care homes. You will contribute to the care planning process for residents in consultation with other staff. You will ensure that care practice is non- discriminatory and that residents personal beliefs and preferences are appropriately acknowledged. You will provide for the personal care, support and emotional needs of older people requiring residential care.
