As part of the staff team within the care home the primary aim of an Activity Co-Ordinator is to initiate and develop a programme of activities that reflects the needs and interests of the residents in order to maintain or improve the quality of life. You will be required to work with residents on a one to one setting or in a group setting, both within and out with the care home.
