Clean and sanitize office areas, including desks, floors, and surfaces, to maintain a clean and hygienic working environment. Ensure that toilet and welfare areas are cleaned thoroughly and stocked with necessary supplies. Adhere to COSHH regulations when handling cleaning products and chemicals, ensuring safe storage and usage. Report any maintenance issues or health and safety concerns to the supervisor promptly. Work efficiently and independently to complete cleaning tasks within the designated timeframes. Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good condition, reporting any shortages or defects as necessary.

Clean and turnaround of self-catering holiday lets in a timely manner. Cleaning of public areas on site, including shower/toilet block, laundry, camping kitchen and reception. Management of linen stock to ensure it is sufficient and available for future cleans. Annual deep cleans of static caravans, lodges, and shared spaces. Manage and maintain cleaning supply stock. Ensure additional equipment such as highchairs and cots are clean and ready for the next user. Report damages and missing items to on duty manager.

Your duties might involve: litter picking, vacuuming, floor cleaning, emptying bins, and toilet cleaning within the outlet. Person Specification:

This position is ideal for someone who would like to give back to the community. The Facilities/Maintenance Co-ordinator ensures the health, safety and security of the building and its contents at all times. This is a physical role, leading and supporting a small team of janitors and volunteers with basic maintenance, decorating, set up of equipment and the monitoring of environmental controls.  Planning the maintenance schedule of reactive and preventative maintenance work for the Hub and the annex building.  Planning the cleaning schedule, monitor effectiveness and workloads and undertake cleaning when janitors are on leave.  Sourcing relevant trades as required for repairs and maintenance and managing third party trades persons.  Assist with risk assessments and emergency audits.  Overseeing work from other contractors on site.  Ensuring adequate and maintained site security, including alarms and CCTV.

CAFÉ SUPERVISOR WE ARE SEEKING AN EXPERIENCED AND DEDICATED CAFE SUPERVISOR TO OVERSEE THE SMOOTH AND EFFICIENT RUNNING OF THE CRAIGSFARM COMMUNITY CAFE, WHICH PROVIDES HOT AND COLD FOOD AND DRINKS TO CUSTOMERS. THE CAFE MANAGER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR COOKING AND PREPARING FOOD BASED ON A LIMITED MENU AND ENSURE THAT THE CAFE OPERATES EFFECTIVELY. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH EPOS NOW SYSTEM. • Oversee all aspects of daily café operations, including opening and closing procedures and inventory management. • Cooking meals on limited menu list and preparation of hot drinks • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, cleanliness standards, and food handling guidelines. • Manage and maintain equipment, troubleshoot any issues, and arrange for repairs or replacements as needed. • Oversee volunteers. • Handle administrative tasks such as ordering supplies. • Undertake daily till reconciliation.
