Key Responsibilities: Social Media Leadership: Head up the in-house teams managing social media across multiple platforms, ensuring consistent brand voice and high-quality content. Multi-Venue Marketing: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across all our venues, including cafebars, butcher shops, and new concepts. Events & Bookings: Lead/work with venue managers on the marketing for events, parties, and seasonal campaigns, to drive bookings and customer engagement. Seasonal Campaigns: Create and manage marketing collateral for key periods (e.g., Christmas brochures, school outreach, party promotions). Customer Data & Insights: Utilise customer data and feedback to inform campaigns, improve engagement, and build customer loyalty.
