We are expanding our admin team and need an assistant with a confident, friendly and professional telephone manner, excellent spelling and grammar, and meticulous attention to detail to help book appointments for our team of photographers. The role will also include various admin duties and good computer skills are essential. There may occasionally be the opportunity to assist Homelii Ltd with property staging. This is a varied role and flexibility is essential. Full training will be given.

Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, photocopying, and filing - Manage office supplies and equipment - Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy - Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings - Greet visitors and provide refreshments - Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems - Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence - Support accounting tasks - Assist in creating reports and presentations

First point of contact to provide accurate and timely administrative support to internal and external customers of the Technical Helpdesk Support engineers to complete their responsibilities with a key focus on minimising abort rates Answer calls from engineers, providing guidance and instruction in a confident and accurate manner, using technical knowledge and existing company procedures Liaise with customers and suppliers as appropriate to ensure full knowledge of issues and to provide solutions as well as first class customer service Use systems to ensure that information is recorded accurately and with attention to detail Analyse, manage and close emergency callouts, liaising with all affected parties to ensure fast and safe turnaround both within Service Level Agreement (SLAs) and in the most cost-effective manner Ensure the correct emergency call out rates are paid to contractors in line with Energy Assets contracts Accurately record and report relevant Management Information

As part of the Property & Facilities cleaning team you will provide a flexible customer focused service across our campuses. You will ensure a clean and safe working environment for all students, staff, and visitors to Edinburgh Napier University. You will be required to adhere to relevant statutory regulations especially in relation to waste management. Pumpherston Golf Club Ltd is currently seeking a new partner to apply for our Catering Contract which will service members, guests, visitors and the public. The position requires the applicant(s) to deliver all aspects of the food operation at Pumpherston Golf Club in line with our vision and standards. Situated in the village of Pumpherston, 5 minutes from junction 3 of the M8, Pumpherston Golf Club has an active membership of over 650 across various categories. Our 18-hole golf course is complimented by extensive practice facilities, creating a busy environment all year round. With a modern clubhouse and an open licence, we are capable of catering for large functions and corporate/society golf days. The successful Franchise Caterer will be responsible for all aspects of the food operation to include a full 7 days a week catering service to meet the needs of our members, visiting golf parties, club functions, weddings and funerals.
