CAS Contract Cleaning delivers high-quality communal cleaning services across multiple housing association and managed property contracts throughout Scotland. We are looking for a reliable and motivated Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to support our operational teams and help maintain excellent cleaning standards across our sites. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in quality, enjoys working independently and wants to develop within a growing business. The successful candidate will take ownership of allocated cleaning runs, support cleaning operatives, complete inspections and help ensure services are delivered safely, consistently and to the required standard. 

The ideal candidate will be:

* Reliable, organised and self-motivated.

* Able to take ownership and accountability for service standards.

* Comfortable managing multiple sites and changing priorities.

* Confident communicating with operatives, management and clients.

* Practical and solution-focused when dealing with issues.

* Professional, approachable and able to build positive working relationships.

Previous supervisory experience is preferred but not essential. We are looking for the right attitude, reliability and willingness to develop.
