As an HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR team.Your responsibilities will cover a wide range of areas, including maintaining accurate records, coordinating recruitment support activities, and running reports to support analysis of key information.You will manage essential administrative tasks such as processing supporting payroll process, advising on absence processes, processing changes to terms & conditions of staff, and ensuring HR databases are updated and maintained.Additionally, you will oversee recruitment administration, including the end to end process of recruitment & selection plus coordinating compliance checks for right to work and Disclosure Scotland vetting.
