Your role will require you to prepare and manage Project Plans from end to end that meet required milestones outlined and agreed with clients. You will be required to manage projects that may reside within single or multiple business lines or sites as assigned and act as single point of contact for the client and facilitate responses to customer questions and observations. Naturally you will lead meetings with both client and internal teams to facilitate and drive project completion and ensure the project meets timeline and budget requirements. Due to contract expansion, we are looking for 2 Electrician's to join our team, you will be apart of the Kitchens and Bathrooms team as Electrical Tester. You will be required to visit void and domestic properties on Day 1 of works being completed by the wider team to check all initial electrical checks and ensure that the property is safe for the works to be completed. You will then revisit the property on day 6 to sign of the electrical works after the trades team have finished. You will tidy up the works, and close of plug sockets. This will be a mix of on site inspections and office based work to complete paperwork and sign off. You must have experience of installing, servicing and maintaining electrical systems and appliances in accordance with the current Edition of IET Wiring Regulations and knowledge to install, repair, inspect & test electrical installations and have the ability to fill in correctly the appropriate Electrical Certificate or Electrical Condition Report.

You’ll be taught to understand and complete method statements and risk assessment We’ll show you how to identify any key risks and hazards, and how to report any near misses in line with our health & safety policies and procedures. Safety is our licence to operate! You’ll champion health and safety standards to ensure a safe working environment. We’ll also be teaching you how to perform civil work tasks, such as working in confined spaces and at heights when required!
